WHAT?
13 LUMENS is a Prayer Candle Art Show. That means all art displayed will be on Prayer Candles. We have 33 different pieces of art from 33 different Denver artists available on one hundred and thirty two (132) Prayer candles priced at only $10 each. In addition 13 Lumens will also feature 10 retro candles from the 2009 & 2010 collection. 13 LUMENS art show originated from 2008’s Wax Burner II show. All art in this show will be reproduced on glass religious candles. The name 13 Lumens comes from the fact that a candle typically produces about 13 lumens of visible light.
WHEN?
December 6-22
Opening Reception Thursday December 6th (St. Nicholas Day), 6pm-9p.m.at The MacSpa
*Besides candles we will have fresh holiday snacks and libations(from Denver Beer CO).
WHY?
The holidays are near and who does not like candles and art? Beside the candles we will be displaying most of the original artwork as well.
